If there is ever an issue with a team member your Customer Success Specialist is there to help, so make sure you let us know ASAP no matter how small the issue may seem. We like to follow the moto - fix the itch before it becomes a scratch and before it becomes a sore.

The team member will follow your process for applying for leave and will also advise Dijital Team.

Each team member has the following annual leave entitlements. Leave is simply one bucket and not separated into annual/sick leave etc.

• 7 days of leave in Year 1 and 21 days in following years plus;
• 2 days per year for religious holidays
• If the team member is working an Australian Public Holiday calendar, they will also receive an extra 6 days of leave per year

We ensure that each team member has high performing internet connection of over 100Mbps and provide a reimbursement for the service. If there is ever an issue with performance do not hesitate to contact your Customer Success Specialist.

Everyone likes to get recognised for going above and beyond. If you need assistance with finding a gift voucher or a hamper to say thanks, then your Customer Success Specialist is there to assist.

You can pay a bonus at any time, and we help facilitate the whole process and do not take any fees or charges ensuring your team member gets the full benefit and reward. Just let us know and we will take care of everything and add it to your next monthly invoice.

If you would prefer to organise something other than a momentary bonus like a movie voucher or an air fryer, we can organise this for you as well.
